CuriositiesThe opening credits are filled of scenes from different episodes. These are the list of scenes ordered and the episodes they come from.
"Dèjá Vu"Dana (Victoria Foyt) a young American woman travelling on business in Jerusalem, meets a mysterious older French woman at a café who tells her a fascinating story of lost love revolving around an antique ruby pin she's wearing. The woman exits the café abruptly, leaving the pin behind and Dana, who is on her way to meet her fiancé Alex (Michael Brandon) for a "pre-honeymoon" week in London, finds herself forced to reschedule her trip through Paris in an unsettling attempt to return the jewel. Thus begins a journey that leads Dana to the English town of Dover, where she finds herself strongly drawn to an inexplicably familiar stranger named Sean (Stephen Dillane) who is married to Claire (Glynis Barber). From that point on, the coincidences and echoes underlining their spirit-driven union continue unabated. Making their reunion even more hopeless is the fact that Sean and his wife turn out to be Dana and Alex's housemates for the weekend in a country home in London, where among others, she encounters the extraordinary Skelly (Vanessa Redgrave), a woman whose passionate belief in "jumping off the cliff" of life has a profound effect upon Dana.
